Overview
A Sir J. J. School of Art graduate and early PAG associate, Raiba developed a bold, flat-planar style shaped by miniature painting and the folk vocabularies of Travancore-Cochin and Kangra. He painted on jute and glass and ranged across subjects from Christian imagery to Konkani life.


Vitrum & Practice
While at Vitrum, he studied ceramic-painting and firing techniques under the guidance of Rudy von Leyden, and went on to create a large mural of musical instruments for the Gokuldas Tejpal Concert Hall foyer.
