Returns & Replacements

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Eligible for a 7-day replacement if:

The product is damaged in transit.

The wrong item is delivered.

To initiate a replacement, write to vitrumstudiosindia@gmail.com with order details and photos of the issue.
Conditions

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”) are not accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
