Refund Policy

Returns & Replacements

• We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

• Eligible for a 7-day replacement if:

  • The product is damaged in transit.

  • The wrong item is delivered.

• To initiate a replacement, write to vitrumstudiosindia@gmail.com with order details and photos of the issue.

Conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

• Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”) are not accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

• If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
